One person builds and runs Kitten, so support is an email address rather than a helpdesk. Write to [email protected] and expect a reply within a few days.

Reporting a bug

What makes a report actionable:

• The device and OS version, and whether it came from TestFlight or Play.
• What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
• Roughly when it happened, so it can be traced.
• A screenshot, if it is something visible.

Common things

• Not receiving notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for Kitten in system settings, then check Settings, Notification preferences, for a muted category or quiet hours. Settings has a Send test notification action that reports what the server did.
• Sign-in fails. Sign-in is Google or Apple only. If it fails repeatedly on a freshly installed build, send an email rather than retrying; it is usually something to fix at this end, not at yours.
• Widgets are stale. They refresh when the app opens and when a push arrives. Opening the app is the fastest way to force it.
