Kitten is a personal assistant app run by Nikky Amresh as an individual, not a company. This page describes what the app and its backend hold about you, why, and how to get rid of it. Questions go to [email protected].
What is collected

Kitten does not show ads, does not track you across other apps or sites, does not build an advertising profile, and does not sell or rent anything about you. There is no analytics SDK and no crash reporting SDK in the app.
Mailbox access
The build distributed through TestFlight and Play internal testing does not connect to Gmail or any other mailbox. If that ever changes, this page will say so before the feature ships, and mailbox access will be opt-in and revocable from both Kitten and your Google account.
Who else processes it
- Google Firebase handles sign-in and push delivery, so it sees your account identity and device push token. Firebase privacy.
- Groq runs the language model. When you chat with Kitten, or when it summarises or classifies something for you, the relevant text is sent to Groq to produce that response. Groq privacy policy.
- Cloud infrastructure providers host the service and carry its traffic. They hold the data on our behalf and do not use it for anything else.
How it is protected
Traffic between the app and the service is encrypted with HTTPS. Credentials for any connected service are encrypted at rest, and access to the systems holding your data is limited to the person who runs Kitten.
How long it is kept
Content stays until you delete it or delete your account. Backups are kept for up to 14 days, so deleted content can persist in a backup for that long before ageing out. Backups are only ever used to restore the service after a failure.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings, Delete account. That removes your account and the content listed above, hands back any integration grant, and deletes your sign-in identity, subject to the backup window above. It cannot be undone.

Your choices
- Notifications can be muted by category, or switched off entirely, in Settings.
- Agent access tokens are off by default, named, scope-limited, and revocable one by one.
- You can ask for a copy of what is held about you by email.
Children
Kitten is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who processes it, the date at the top changes and anyone with an active account is told in the app before the change takes effect.
